Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service in a fast-paced craft cocktail setting

  • Engage with guests to build relationships and encourage repeat visits

  • Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail

  • Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked bar area

  • Handle cash, credit card transactions and end-of-day checkouts accurately

  • Collaborate with team members and support a positive, professional atmosphere

  • Adjust quickly to changing flow and volume; think critically and solve problems on the fly

  • Demonstrate knowledge of liquor, wine, beer and cocktails

  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards behind the bar and in service areas

  • Take initiative in correcting mistakes, restocking items and improving efficiency

  • Assist with table movement, lifting boxes and general physical setup

  • Lead by example with professionalism, responsibility and enthusiasm

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Bartending experience at a Restaurant and/or Bar

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed

  • Basic math skills and ability to handle and count money accurately

  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods

  • Familiarity with Toast POS preferred

  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and speed of service

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support staff and guests

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to continuous improvement
