Front of House Manager

Chop'd and Major Threat Restaurant Group are looking for a Front of House Manager who can work in a fast paced environment. 

Leadership and organizational skills will be critical for this position. 

Management experience hiring, training and motivating Staff preferred. 

The ability to handle shifts by yourself and complete tasks in a timely manner is also required.

Job Requirements: 

- Day to Day Shift Management

- Collaborating with the Event Coordinator, Staff + GM

- Event Room Prep, Set Up and Decorations

- Working with Staff to keep Restaurant Clean + Organized

- QuickBooks and Computer Literacy Required

- Toast POS Experience Preferred

- Balancing Day to Day Operations of Expo, Server Staff, Bartenders, Banquets and Hosts

- Planning Shifts Successfully

Required Abilities:

- Ability to Work 50 Hour Weeks 

- Weekend and Nights 10 Hour Shifts

- 1+ Year of High-Volume Management Experience

- 1+ Year of Bartending, Serving or Kitchen Experience 

- Planning + Organizational Skills a Must

- Ability to lift Heavy Boxes + Move Tables

- Physical Fitness to Handle 10 Hour Days of Moving + Stairs

- Willingness to Step in and Perform Duties of the Staff When Necessary

- A Consistent Positive Attitude

- Ability to Ensure Guest Happiness Every Visit

- Consistency and Willingness to Correct Mistakes/Errors When Made

- Leadership 

- Problem Solving

- Event Planning a Plus

Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000 Based on Experience and Abilities
