Event Coordinator

Job Posting: Event Coordinator : Full-Time Position | 40 Hours/Week

*Prior Restaurant and Event Planning Experience Required*

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and manage private events and parties from start to finish, ensuring every detail exceeds client expectations
• Communicate with guests and staff consistently to avoid issues
• Collaborate with FOH + BOH Staff to maintain a seamless customer experience, handling challenges with poise and efficiency
• Build relationships with clients, vendors and team members to uphold the venue’s reputation for excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
• Previous time spent working in the Restaurant Industry
• Proven background in Event Planning + Coordination
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Customer service and a positive attitude
• Availability: Schedule includes weekends and evenings
